Once you pay your reserved fee you will receive an email with a Custom Cut Sheet and Standard Cut Sheet option to choose from.
Processed at MT Premium Processing under USDA Inspection
Half Reserve fee of $500 is non-refundable and remaining balance to be paid before delivery.
Final cost for a half is approximate (more/less): $3,000 with processing. Reserve fee will go towards final cost. If patties are wanted or other specialty products those will be at an additional cost.
