Once pay your reserve fee you will receive an email with a Custom Cut Sheet and Standard Cut sheet option to choose from.
Processed at MT Premium Processing under USDA Inspection
Whole Reserve fee of $1000 is non-refundable and remaining balance to be paid before delivery. Reserve fee will go towards the final cost of the beef.
Final cost for a whole is approximate(more/less): $6,000 with processing. Reserve fee will go towards final cost. If patties are wanted or other specialty products those will be at an additional cost.
